2011年6月5日下午1時，銅鑼灣崇光百貨對出行人專用區發生快閃行動。約80名參加者身穿印有空氣污染影響健康信息（「空氣污染比吸毒、飲酒、體力消耗更能誘發心臟病­­」及「微細懸浮粒子可直入肺部深處，增加肺癌死亡風險」）的白色T恤，戴上「防毒面具」或口罩，忽然倒地「集體死亡」兩分鐘，以形象化的方式諷刺空氣污染殺人於無形的深­遠­禍害，同時向政府表達改善空氣質素的迫切訴求。 　　這項快閃行動的概念源於健康空氣行動行政總裁Joanne Ooi出席香港大學領袖課程的講座，當時二年級學生林立豐領導的研討小組提議，透過舉辦快閃活動增加公眾對空氣污染問題的關注。林立豐表示：「快閃是時下年輕人流行的玩意­­，可將空氣污染這類較嚴肅的議題變得有趣，加上互聯網、拍短片等較普及的宣傳渠道，希望大大增強影響力，滲透至社會各個階層。」 　　活動選址靠近軒尼詩道，是因為根據香港科技大學調查，在全港所有街道中，軒尼詩道的二氧化氮排放最嚴重，活動正要提醒市民，他們每日都深受高濃度路邊廢氣的影響。根據香港­­大學設立的達理指數，每日平均約有3人死於空氣污染，全年死於空氣污染的人數豈止今日參加快閃行動的人數？健康空氣行動再次促請政府改善空氣質素，直至空氣污染不再危害­公­眾健康為止： （一）盡快更新空氣質素指標（二）盡快淘汰高污染貨車、巴士（三）盡快在繁忙路段設立低排放區。

In December of 2010 and January of 2011, the Inter-United Foundation travelled to visit our friends in the southern province of Yunnan, China. With the Inter-United Band to lead the way, we visited our friends at Hongehe University in Mengzi, minority, middle, high, and primary schools in Funning, physical therapy centers in Kunming, and climbed through the mountains in Wenshan. James Powell and the Inter-United band performed in each location and found opportunity for concerts in tours to follow - we are currently developing plans for 2012.
