A haitian woman, giving birth, needs to be transported to a hospital. The doctor suspects that she might need a cesarian. This type of surgery is too dangerous to perform here. Without an ambulance, her transportation is complicated.

Every day at 5 pm the children in this tent city gather to play. This game is teaching them the importance of taking turns and being patient. These lessons are crucial for all relief efforts as well. Due to the desperation on the ground it is becoming increasingly difficult to deliver aid to those that need it.
